For what and How Does One Use it?

Amethyst crystals make powerful visualization assistants and help to manifest these visualizations into 3D reality! When placed beside one’s head, Amethyst crystals are very good for drawing out EMF type radiation that generally gets stored in that part of the body. It is very good for keeping our mind in a balanced and soothed state. Amethyst likes to be cleansed in water/saltwater and Earth.

Amethyst works particularly well with Rose, Clear, Smoky, and Citrine Quartz. Amethyst also combines in a natural state with Citrine, this is called Ametrine.

Summary

Amethyst is a beautiful energy that brings to mind the term, still waters run deep. There is much more to this crystal than a mere glance may suggest!

It is one of the three “default” crystals I keep in my healing kit bag, along with Clear and Rose Quartz.

Phantom Quartz

For what and How Does One Use it?

Phantom Quartz crystals are all about growth and moving on, moving past blockages.

On a physical level, these crystals are created when another substance other than quartz washes over the crystal, leaving a layer on the termination during the crystal’s natural growth cycle. The crystal continues to grow, leaving an image of itself where it was at the time the substance washed over it. Phantoms can be made up of such minerals as Chlorite, Hematite, or even Clay. On occasion heat can play a part, causing a phantom to be visible through a different color shade. Most often either Smoky or Amethyst can display these heat-induced types of Phantom.

The most powerful phantom configurations are termed as being 3D. This is where the substance has totally covered the entire termination, leaving a three-dimensional image of itself.

Phantom crystals are very good for helping us move past blockages, where we may have become “stuck.” The type of inclusion that makes up the phantom also plays a part in the gifts that these special crystals have to offer us. They can also be used to project growth and plan milestones.

Smoky Quartz

For what and How Does One Use it?

Smoky Quartz is almost the default crystal in any crystal healing layout. It is grounding and protective, and can transform negative energy into positive energy. As one friend put it to me, Smoky Quartz is good for humans, because we are currently quite murky beings ourselves!

It can also be found in Elestial form and on rare occasions, Cathedral formation. Smoky Quartz clusters can be found, but are really quite rare. Sometimes Smoky combines with Amethyst, which gives the benefits of both, as well as creating their own unique combined energy. Phantom Quartz crystals in Smoky are very powerful in breaking old patterns and blockages.

As an elixir Smoky Quartz can have great effect against radiation-induced illnesses. It purges toxicity from the major bodily organs. It is very good for reining in wayward emotions and helps one put things into perspective. Smoky Quartz helps keep us grounded while under great stress. It also is a great boost to the body’s immune system.

Smoky quartz works very well in conjunction with Rose Quartz, Amethyst and Citrine. In some cases you can get Bi-colored crystals such as Smoky and White Quartz, which has a balancing effect in all yin and yang issues. There is also a tri-color Elestial family that has Smoky/White and Citrine Quartz. These are very powerful manifestation crystals and are unfortunately getting hard to find now.

It is a very joyful crystal. It is helpful to hold if you have other crystals that un-ground you such as Moldavite.

A lot of Smoky Quartz on the market is actually heated Clear Quartz. Majestic Quartz only supplies natural Smoky Quartz. If it is not translucent at all, be very suspicious. I have only seen 2 Smoky Quartz crystals that are not translucent, but are actually the real thing.

Time Link-Future

For what and How Does One Use it?

Time Link-Future crystals have a focus on retrieving information from possible future realities relevant to the present lifetime. These crystals also allow one to access possible events and information from the future – even if they are events not personally related. The reason the word “possible” is used, is because the future can and often does change as one makes life changing decisions – altering the current future path.

When meditating with a Time Link-Future crystal, one may run possible future permutations by giving the crystal different life changing scenarios that you may be considering. You may give these scenarios to the crystal in any way you feel comfortable, be it projecting your thoughts into the crystal using conscious intent, or projecting via creative visualization. Verbalizing, or placing the crystal on images will all work just fine too – as will any other way one may think of in communicating their thoughts and intentions to the crystal.
