Pistachio Calcite Polished Six Sided Tower/Point

This Pistachio Calcite has been cut and polished into a Point/Tower. It can appear as a beautiful bright lime green to blue-green form of Green Calcite, found in Pakistan. Green-Calcite belongs to the mineral class of carbonate and is formed through sedimentation. The green color is due to chlorite that got trapped during crystallization. A white background picture has been included to help better gauge the color.
