We regret to inform you that NZ Post has temporarily suspended all parcel shipments to the United States. This is due to new U.S. Customs requirements that currently do not have a processing system in place. Unfortunately, parcels sent from New Zealand cannot be accepted for delivery into the USA until further notice.
Why This Happened
Recent changes implemented by U.S. Customs have created unexpected challenges for international postal services. At this time, the necessary systems are not yet available for parcels from New Zealand to be processed, which has forced NZ Post to pause shipments.
What This Means for You
- Orders destined for the USA cannot currently be shipped via NZ Post.
- We will hold any pending USA orders safely until services resume, or work with you on alternative solutions if possible.
- As soon as NZ Post re-opens shipments, we will notify our customers immediately.
